30 Year Reunion

Last night - Dec 3, 2005 - some 30 of us including 4 teachers and some assorted husbands and wives go together at The Cave at the Seabrae, Redcliffe to celebrate 30 years since we had left Redcliffe. Well most of us had left. Appears Mick Daczynski has gone back as, of all things, a Science teacher.

Actually we were surprised how many of us had gone on to become teachers!!! Debbie Thwaites is even a Principal. If you are flying Cathay Pacific in South-east Asia, pay attention, you just might hear 'This is your captain, Shane Finney, welcoming you abourd your flight to ....' Of course for a cut-price haircut, even less for bald people, track down Marie Walker ( nee Wellock ) in Clontarf while Frank Lamere still has the best fishing spots ( and stories ).

Picture shows those of us still standing ( except for Marie ) at the end of the night.

More pictures to come. Legsy worked out he would be 86 at our 60th reunion. Th rest of us didn't want to know.

Thanks to Sharon Hayes ( Beattie ), Genni Hartley, Joy Davies and Marie Walker for organising a great night.
